Vertex Implacryl is a heat-curing extra strong denture base material developed for the production of complete and partial dentures and it is especially suitable for implant-retained dentures. Vertex Implacryl is processed using the pressing technique.

Technical specifications:
- Dough time: 20 - 25 minutes
- Working time: 5 - 7 minutes
- Curing time: Start at 70° for 90 minutes 30 minutes at 100°C
- Mixing ratio by volume / parts by weight: 1 ml / 0.95 g liquid (monomer)2.1 g powder (polymer)
- Impact-resistance: 2.8 kJ/m2 notched
- Flexural strength: ≥ 65 MPa
- Flexural modulus: ≥ 2000 MPa
- Water sorption: ≤ 32 μg/mm³
- Solubility: ≤ 1.6 µg/mm3
