Order Processing

All orders placed in our online store are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Shipments within the Baltic region are delivered by Venipak courier service. The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days in Lithuania and 2–3 business days in Latvia and Estonia from the date the order is dispatched. Please note that these delivery times are estimates. In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as increased courier workloads or force majeure events.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered only to the address provided by you or to the selected Venipak parcel locker. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays.

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is calculated automatically during checkout and depends on the weight of the shipment. You will see the final delivery cost before confirming your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number in the Venipak tracking system to follow the status of your shipment in real time.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dentalbaltic.com. Any damaged packaging or products must be documented with photographs.
